Our PAP-based formulas (UV Kit, Whitening Pen, and Whitening Strips) are designed for lower sensitivity than traditional peroxide gels. Some mild, temporary sensitivity is normal for any whitening product, including ours — if it happens, it typically settles shortly after use. Strips come in 5 flavours — same formula, your choice of taste.

Our manufacturing partner holds ISO 13485, ISO 22716, GMP, and CPSR (Cosmetic Product Safety Report) certifications — each requiring rigorous independent safety testing. Our products are sold across 91 countries and hold CE, FDA, and EU-MDR approval. As with any whitening product, we don't recommend use on teeth with existing enamel damage, decay, or discolouration from medication — check the safety notes on each product page before starting.

The UV Whitening Kit is not suitable for anyone under 16. If you're pregnant or breastfeeding, speak to your doctor before use. It's also not recommended if you have ceramic crowns, false teeth, decayed teeth, or damaged enamel — the gel works on natural tooth enamel and won't whiten these evenly, and may not be appropriate on already-compromised teeth. UV Whitening Kit — Our most powerful option. The LED light accelerates the whitening gel for results in around 16 minutes per session, with up to 75 treatments included in the box. Best for people wanting the fastest, most intensive treatment.

Whitening Strips — Choose from 5 flavours: Watermelon, Grape, Strawberry, Peppermint, or Peach. Apply for 30 minutes daily. Great for people who want strong results without a device.

Whitening Pen — Perfect for on-the-go touch-ups. Twist, brush, go. Best used to maintain results between full treatment cycles.

Our gel, strip, and toothpaste formulas are Halaal certified and 100% Vegan. No animal testing, no animal-derived ingredients in those formulas. Hardware items like the UV Kit device and electric toothbrush aren't the kind of product that carries this certification, so it applies specifically to our consumable/topical formulas. Certifications are documented and available on request.

If you have braces, we recommend waiting until they are removed — whitening products work on natural enamel and can create uneven results around brackets. For crowns and veneers, whitening products will not change their colour (they are made from ceramic/porcelain). We recommend consulting your dentist before starting any whitening routine if you have significant dental work.

We ship to all provinces in South Africa. Standard delivery takes 3–5 business days. Orders placed before 12pm on weekdays are dispatched same day. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

For hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns or refunds on opened or used products — this covers toothpaste, whitening strips, gel, and toothbrush heads. If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll sort it out at no cost to you. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Our Sonic Electric Toothbrush and UV Whitening Kit are covered by a 6-month warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device stops working within that period, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement — no charge.
